Andrew Lynch (born on 10th August, 1991) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, YouTuber and social media influencer. The comedian gained fame after appearing in season 10th of the reality show, America’s Got Talent in the year 2015. He reached the finale and finished as the first runner in the show. He’s also widely famous for his self-titled YouTube channel, where he often features his dog Stella in his videos. He has over 2.2 million subscribers on his channel and over 140 million views on his videos.

Early Life and Background
Drew Lynch was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to Tim and Chris Lynch. He has three siblings named Taylor, Monica and Mckailyn. He was brought up in Las Vegas, Nevada. His father, Tim works for a water heater manufacturing company while his mother, Chris, is involved in the insurance business. Andrew always wanted to be an actor. It was his dream so when he turned 20, he went to Los Angeles and to try his luck and begin his life as a struggling actor. He landed an audition for a role in the show, How I Met Your Mother. He even got through the first round and had to appear for the second round of the audition. He was also working as a ticket checker in a comedy club and was also a part of the softball team from work.
So, the day he was supposed to appear for the second round, he had to field at shortstop at a softball game. The batsman smashed the ball into his direction and it hit him on his throat. He got hurt but didn’t pay much attention to it and went home and slept. When he woke up, his condition got worse and then he developed a distinct stutter. The doctors assured him that the stutter was temporary but he eventually realized that the accident caused permanent damage to his vocal cords was permanent and irreparable.

Andrew Lynch was dating Veronica Johnson. The two were dating each other since his time in the show, America’s got talent. His girlfriend was very supportive and had been there for him through thick and thin. She even supported him by taking on three jobs. But something went wrong and the couple broke up in 2016. Andrew is currently in a relationship with Melanie Sergiev who has been featured a lot with him on his Instagram handle.

Career
Drew captured the hearts of millions of Americans with his golden buzzer performance on the tenth season of the show, America’s got talent in 2015. The audience fell in love with his charming wit and genuine vulnerability during his journey throughout the competition. He was unintentionally moving towards the path of becoming a comedian and winning America’s hearts at the same time. He didn’t let the accident stop him as he kept moving forward. His continued drive to become an entertainer forced him to move in a different direction altogether but he never stopped.
That determination took him into the final round of the show where he landed the second position in the competition. Andrew made comedy his full-time career, making it big wherever he goes. Apart from comedy shows, he has also appeared on the Dr Oz show as a celebrity guest. Drew is also working on a book which includes his life story. He got the opportunity to work in the show, How I Met Your Mother but due to the unfortunate event, he couldn’t appear for the second round. Lynch didn’t give up on his dream of becoming an actor. In 2015, he made his screen debut in an episode of Dogs & Me. After that, he landed a recurring role in the comedy series, Marin in 2016.
Drew also appeared in the TV series, Cassandra French’s Finishing School in 2017. He debuted on the big screen with the movie, Secret Santa a year later. He worked as a writer as well as an actor in the telefilm, Acted Like Dogs. Lynch worked in the directorial venture, Drew Lynch: Did I Stutter by Adam Marcus.
