Miya Cech (born on 4th March 2007) is an American actress who was born in Japan. She is known for working in Television shows. Her worked at most popular shows are American Housewife, American Horror Story and Hand of God.
In 2018, she gained international recognition for playing the role of ZU in action-adventure drama movie The Darkest Minds. In 2019, she acted in a Netflix original movie Rim of the World as ZhenZhen among three other children leads who saved the world from aliens in the plot.

Miya Cech was born in Tokyo, Japan. She was adopted and is being raised by parents G. Cech and Er. Cech. Her parents are American and she holds Japanese and American citizenship. She has a brother named Nikko J and two younger sisters named Emi Cech and Kai Marie Cech.
After she was adopted her parents moved to California, United States of America. She now resides with her family in Los Angeles, California, United States of America. Even though she is adopted she is loved by her family and shares a great bond with them. Even two of her three siblings are also adopted. She is being homeschooled in elementary education due to her career.

Career
Miya Cech started her career at the age of four as a model. She appeared on several print media for brands like Gap, Old Navy, Mattel, Ralph Lauren etc. She was one of the most beautiful faces in the modelling industry as a child model.
She started her acting career in 2015 with an episodic role in the CBS action-crime drama Hawaii Five-0. Later that year she also appeared in the Nickelodeon comedy Thundermans and then also did Hand of God. In 2016, she got a role on season six of the FX horror series American Horror Story. This was followed by the role of Ali Wong’s daughter in the ABC Comedy American Housewife.
She got her breakthrough for playing Suzume Kimura in The Darkest Minds in 2017. She appeared alongside Mandy Moore and Amandla Stenberg. She is one of the leading child actresses in Hollywood. She earned a lot of praise for the playing the character ZhenZhen in the Netflix original movie Rim of the World which released on 24th May 2019.
